The 2018 National Championships were the second National Championships events that had taken place since the reintroduction of Nationals in 2017. They took place across five weekends in 2018 in 74 countries, an increase by one since 2017, with Honduras having been added to the system.[1] The formats at each Nationals was Standard and Booster draft .
Qualification [ | ]
Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum members of the Pro Players Club were invited, as well as members of the Hall of Fame . Most players, however, won their invites by earning a sufficient number of yearly Planeswalker Points during the previous season. The number of points required varied for each country.
