Amjad is the northern part of the large unnamed island in South-East Aerona, which also consists of Oneah, Shanodin and Savaea. This island lies east of Kish and northeast of Foriys.
It is a region of foul and blighted bogs which is ruled by the homonym tyrant, Amjad, whose name is revered by those who serve him. The cruel king is known to bring his servants into the Heart of Shanodin, in order to know the real nature of those whom he chooses to keep at his side.[1]
