Description[ | ]
Archie Dixon was a freelance courier living in Omenport on Thunder Junction. He was a man of punctuality, always checking his pocket watch, and had a reputation for reliability in his work. Archie was a cautious individual who valued the money he earned, even if it meant not asking questions about the goods he transported or the people he worked for.[1]
History[ | ]
Archie traveled to Thunder Junction between 4562 and 4563 AR after the opening of the Omenpaths and started working in Omenport. He was hired by the Sterling Company to transport a mysterious burlap sack across Thunder Junction. The job seemed routine, albeit with some risks, as he was accompanied by two armed guards. However, during the journey, they were ambushed by a group of Hellspurs led by the fearsome scorpion dragon Akul. The Hellspurs attacked with deadly precision, killing the guards and leaving Archie mortally wounded. Despite his efforts to protect the sack, Akul seized it, only to discover it contained nothing but lumps of coal.[1]
As Archie lay dying in the broken carriage, realizing he had been used as a dupe by Bertram Graywater, he clung to his pocket watch, his life slipping away in the fiery desert. His final thoughts were of the time, ironic for a man who prided himself on punctuality, as he passed away, far too early for his own liking.[1]
