Arek is an Auriok native to New Phyrexia who became inspired to serve Sheoldred. The moment she laid eyes on Sheoldred's coliseum, she knew nothing Mirran could ever compare to that grandeur or that power. Her entire being was seized with the desire to serve her Thane.

Although presenting as a pure Auriok, with their golden hexagonal skin plates, burnished armor, and pure white clothing, Arek can be seen taking off one of her golden gauntlets and showing blackened skin with glowing purple Phyrexian script on it beneath. There is also a sinister purple glow in her eyes.[1]
It is unknown if Arek survived New Phyrexia's Invasion of the Multiverse.
