Bly was a caravan merchant and a former soldier, trading between Penregon in Argive and Tocasia's Digsite in the Great Desert of Terisiare, on the plane of Dominaria.
History[ | ]
Sergeant Bly was the one responsible for the Arrival at Tocasia's Digsite, bringing Urza and Mishra to Tocasia's camp with a letter from the boys' father. Bly was unaware of this letter and thought he would trick the boys into following a deal where they would be forced to follow him back to Penregon due to the wording of their agreement. Showing his stubborn and dishonest sides, Bly argued loudly with the boys when they refused and was enraged when he learned they had hidden their letter from him. He eventually had to give up his scheme, when Tocasia revealed the contents of the letter to him, and reprimanded him thoroughly for his behavior. [1]
