Caetus, "Sea Tyrant of Segovia" is a legendary serpent from Segovia who fought in New Phyrexia's Invasion of the Multiverse.
Description[]
Although Segovia is a miniature plane, Caetus is an enormous creature within its realm.[1] The serpent’s body is adorned with sharp, bony plates, giving it a formidable, almost armored appearance. Its head is crowned with a pair of antennae-like appendages, and its mouth has a pair of maxilla and a pair of mandibles.
