- Imperial Mask - Enchantment that copies itself to each teammate you have.
- Lucent Liminid - Enchantment creature, which has no enchantment-specific abilities.
- Muraganda Petroglyphs - 'Muraganda' plane native, card that supports vanilla creatures.
- Nacatl War-Pride - Creature that replicates itself depending on how many defenders there are.
- Narcomoeba - Pseudo-madness ability that allows it to be put into play when sent from the library to the graveyard.
- Nix - A cheap but rather niche counterspell against spells that were played for no mana.
- Phosphorescent Feast - Card that gets more powerful when there are more green mana symbols in your hand's cards.
- Ramosian Revivalist - A Rebel puller that uses the graveyard instead of the library.
- Sarcomite Myr - An artifact that costs colored mana to play (see colored artifacts).
- Seht's Tiger - Flash creature with a come-into-play protection from color effect.
- Shapeshifter's Marrow - A more sedate card in the tradition of Yet Another Æther Vortex.
- Spellweaver Volute - Enchants a instant or sorcery in the graveyard.
- Spellwild Ouphe - A card that reduces the cost of spells that target it.
- Sporoloth Ancient - Creature that can only put spore counters on itself, but oddly gives a spore counter removing ability to every creature. (this ability does however costs 1 less spore counter to activate then other fungus abilities)
- Steamflogger Boss - Only card to have rules text that had no effect when it was created. "Contraption" is known to be a type of Artifact, but the term "assemble" has no meaning in Magic rules. This card has been reported to be a "red herring" at the time of creation, but might not continue to be so.
- Storm Entity - Creature with the storm-like ability to gain +1/+1 for each spell previously played on this turn.
- Tarmogoyf - Introduces the Planeswalker card type.
- Thunderblade Charge - Sorcery that can flashback itself indefinitely whenever you deal combat damage.
- Yixlid Jailer - Cards in the graveyard lose all abilities.
