keyword:"Frenzy"

Frenzy is a triggered keyword ability. Frenzy was first featured in Future Sight. For a long time, it was only printed on one card, the timeshifted Frenzy Sliver. In 2017, the ability reappeared on Garbage Elemental (Unstable, #82a).

This mechanic was made as a mechanic to encourage blocking. Mark Rosewater has tried to put frenzy in numerous sets, but Play Design is not a fan, stating that the play pattern is not that fun.[2][3]
