Giant Growth is the most deceptively good of the five boons. Giant Growth was the only boon to have seen print in almost every Core Set[1] until it was not printed in Magic 2012, being replaced by Titanic Growth. If cast at the right time, it can duplicate the effects of Lightning Bolt (if cast on an attacking creature), or Healing Salve (on a defending creature). As such, it promotes playing with green creatures and has been hailed by many as the pinnacle of Magic card design.

Planar Chaos[ | ]

In the shifted world of Planar Chaos, red gained the ability of temporary creature enhancement. Brute Force is a colorshifted version of Giant Growth.
