High Council of Mors Ridge

The High Council of Mors Ridge was the ruling council of the town of Mors Ridge in the Domains. Two of the five members of the council were Arcus and Ham. When Palladia-Mors awoke, the whole council except for Arcus and Ham were killed by the assault.
