"Icy" was the nickname given by Garruk Wildspeaker to the anonymous ice-wielding planeswalker that confronted him on Shandalar.[1]
History
"Icy" had been hired by Vronos for "a great deal of money" to bring Garruk back to Avacyn on Innistrad. Garruk pointed out Vronos's mask hanging from his belt and, when "Icy" tried to not-so-subtly planeswalk away, Garruk decapitated him.
