Timeline
Discovery of Argoth Invasion of Argoth Battle at Argoth

The Invasion of Argoth was an event that occurred in 57 AR.

Description[ | ]

With the previous discovery of Argoth, Harbin brought the Combined Kingdoms to Argoth and started stripping its resources. After learning of the island through the schemes of Gix, Mishra also brought the Fallaji Empire to the island. The island's defenders retaliated, starting a six-year-long battleground.

Harbin was summoned to the Court of Titania in Citanul, where she bid him leave the island. Harbin tried to persuade Titania to side with the Combined Kingdoms to defeat Mishra, but she would not aid anyone who defiled her island. Titania had promised Harbin's safety until he was returned to his people, and the promise was kept, although the Citanul druids broke his five ornithopters, and he had to return on foot.[1]

A later arrival to the island was Ashnod, carrying with her the Golgothian Sylex, following in the wake of Mishra. She met Hajar, who brought him to Mishra, but the reunion was not as she had hoped. Mishra was thoroughly unimpressed with the Sylex, which required magic to use. Instead, the Brotherhood of Gix demanded Ashnod give it to them. Ashnod then gave them her counterfeit cylix to trick them, while she brought the real sylex back outside with her.[1]

Towards the end of the invasion, Ashnod arranged a ship transport that carried both Gwenna and Hajar off the island to raid Urza's shipyards on the continent, and Harbin was sent by Tawnos to oppose them. [1]

The invasion culminated with the last Battle at Argoth.[1]
