Jolene, the Plunder Queen, is a human warrior of the Riveteers from Capenna. She is a short, heavily muscled woman who wears jeweled gauntlets.

History

Jolene was a human Riveteers demolitionist in New Capenna. After she broke into a jewelry shop's vault, the Brokers offered her legal assistance in exchange for the construction of new Halo honeycomb storage. She was abducted from her apartment by an Obscura agent working for the Riveteers and was forced to steal the plans in an attempt to ignite a war between the Brokers and Riveteers.
