Lyana was the wolf companion of Lathril, and a child of the Cosmos Wolf Sarulf on the plane of Kaldheim.[1]

Lyana was a young girl from an unnamed Realm of Kaldheim at the time Lathril encountered her, approximately 11 or 12 years old. She had aqua-colored eyes that tended toward white, indicating a unique and possibly magical quality to her gaze. This detail suggested that Lyana possessed some form of mystical or supernatural ability.[1]
Lyana was both vulnerable and resilient, embodying a sense of innocence and curiosity despite the dangers that surrounded her. Her demeanor reflected a mixture of childlike wonder and determination, characteristics that become more pronounced as she navigated through challenging situations alongside her wolf companion, Kit.[1]

Lyana's encounter with Lathril began with a walk in the woods with her beloved wolf companion, Kit, bestowed upon her by Sarulf as protection for her magical abilities. Their peaceful outing was disrupted when they encountered draugr, hostile creatures that threatened them both. In the ensuing chaos, one of the draugr seized Kit and kidnapped him, leaving Lyana distraught and alone in the unfamiliar and dangerous surroundings.
This traumatic event set the stage for Lathril's intervention, as she and her wolf companion Lukya, sister of Kit, came to Lyana's aid. Lathril, bestowed with divine powers and accompanied by Lukya, became a protector and guide for Lyana, offering her support and a sense of safety in the face of adversity. Lathril retrieved Kit, and for this deed, she received a blessing from Kit's father Sarulf, creating a permanent bond between the elves and wolves of Kaldheim.[1]
It is unknown what happened to Lyana later in life, and if her magical powers played a role in later events in Kaldheim.
