A manablade is a rare weapon forged by the Church of the Incarnate Soul.[1] Used against mages, it wounds their bodies and souls, severing mana bonds they have established. The blade itself is a short dagger, with a dark mist constantly wafting of its edge, as though it were evaporating.
While it is not known what manablades are made of, Jace Beleren speculated that they might be at least partially composed of etherium. One of the manablades is in possession of Tezzeret.[2]
