Novijen is the former Simic Guildhall on Ravnica. It was the genetics laboratory where the Simic designed and perfected their biological experiments. It was a floating, womblike building composed of a hybrid of living matter and sculpted stone held in place by thick cables designed to keep it isolated from the surrounding structures.[1]
When Project Kraj went out of control, Novijen was incorporated as the head of the cytoplast monster. After the demise of Project Kraj, all parts were deconstructed by the quietmen.
