Play-In Points are the Organized Play currency for MTG Arena introduced in the Magic: The Gathering 2022–23 Pro Tour Season.[1] They are instrumental in the Premier Play system.
Description[ | ]
Play-In Points can be collected from regular events in MTG Arena. Twenty (20) Play-In Points can be cashed in at the player's discretion to gain entry to a Qualifier Play-In event.
Play-In Points can be earned:
- By finishing #251-1200 of top 1,200 in monthly Ranked Play — 20 points
- In constructed events
- Best-of-One — 1 point
- Best-of-Three — 4 points
- In traditional limited events — 2 points.
Play-In Points earned from any of these events can be combined. They do not expire.[2]
