Raccoon is a creature type for cards that depict small, gray, nocturnal carnivores that have a black mask and a bushy ringed tail. The type first appeared in Unstable on Squirrel Dealer, and later appeared on non-acorn cards starting in Streets of New Capenna.

Many raccoonfolk live in New Capenna as bandits. The feral ones still live outside the metropolis, in Old Capenna.[1]
