The Reaper King is the most powerful of the animated scarecrows in the world of Shadowmoor. Some speculate he was once a normal scarecrow created by a kithkin cobblesmith that somehow gained sentience and resentment for his makers, growing in size and strength and taking in other animate scarecrows under his twisted aegis.
