Rotating format is the name given to a tournament format which allows cards from a selected number of expansions. The primary rotating formats are:
Block constructed is played at tournament level with the most recently released block.
Banned and Restricted lists
Banned and restricted lists exist for every rotating format in addition to the Eternal formats.
