Skewer counters are a type of counter introduced in Wilds of Eldraine.
Description[ | ]
Skewer counters first appeared on Rotisserie Elemental in Wilds of Eldraine. One is added to the elemental whenever it deals combat damage to a player. Whenever another is added, the player can choose to sacrifice the elemental and exile a card from the top of their library for each counter and play any of them during the turn.
