Shroud vs. Hexproof

The statement "It was made obsolete by hexproof in Magic 2012" is incorrect. Shroud precludes a permenant from being targetted at all, while hexproof only prevents targetting by an opponent. While similar, these abilities are significantly different. - 143.178.44.253 20:27, 18 October 2020 (UTC)
