Tom Wylie was the earliest Rules Manager of Magic: The Gathering and all other Deckmaster TCG's. He is also a retired Level 5 Judge.

Tom started working for Wizards of the Coast in December 1994. He wrote The Pocket Players' Guide (Fourth Edition) and the Murk Dwellers column in The Duelist. He worked on sets like Ice Age, Alliances and Tempest and created the Oracle database.[1]

Wylie also worked on design and development for BattleTech.
