Tom Wylie was the earliest Rules Manager of Magic: The Gathering and all other Deckmaster TCG's. He is also a retired Level 5 Judge.

Tom started working for Wizards of the Coast in December 1994. He wrote The Pocket Players' Guide for Magic: The Gathering - Fourth Edition and the Murk Dwellers column in The Duelist. He worked on sets like Ice Age, Alliances and Tempest and created the Oracle database.[1]

Wylie also worked on design and development for BattleTech.
