Tor Wauki "the Elder" appears in the story of Assassin's Blade as an archer mage and second to the champion in the company of the pirate Ramirez DePietro who he later kills in revenge .[1]

- For many years, it was considered unclear whether the Tor Wauki from Legends Cycle I and the Tor Wauki from Legends Cycle II were the same character or simply shared a name.[2] It wasn't until 2020, nearly two decades after the characters first appeared, that Magic's Creative referred to Tor Wauki "the Elder" in the backstory of Ramirez DePietro for Commander Legends, and two years later that Tor Wauki "the Younger" was featured in Legends Retold for Dominaria United.[3][4]
