Unknown Planet is a catch-all planar type for locations whose planet is not known. The Stormcage Containment Facility is a prison that was situated on an unknown planet on which a storm perpetually raged. It was a prison in the 52nd century and considered the "most secure prison facility" on Earth's side of the universe. River Song was a notable prisoner there and a frequent escapee, but always returned as her part of the charade to make the Silence think she killed the Doctor at Lake Silencio. River was eventually pardoned and released after the Doctor erased all knowledge of himself from every database in the universe thus causing there to be no proof River ever actually killed anyone.
