Asterion’s father, Lord Teutamos, bound by the rigid laws of their society, pronounced the sentence, leading to Vis’s death in a pauper’s grave. This tragic event left a profound impact on Asterion, driving him to seek redemption for his father’s actions by uncovering the lost city of Zantafar in Vis's name.
